Musician Bio
Steve Booke, a Berklee College of Music graduate (B.A. degree), is a music composer for film and television. Aside from composing, Steve has been teaching guitar for 20 years and has been studying guitar for more than 25 years. Steve also performs his own music with his 5 piece acoustic world music ensemble, Violet Samudra, in the New York area in addition to playing freelance country, blues and jazz gigs.
Steve is also a session guitarist in the New York area as well as an instructor for the National Guitar Summer Workshop. Steve currently performs regularly in NYC with different groups several nights a week and is a regular performer at visionary artist Alex Greyﾒs NYC based gallery, CoSM.
