Download Scorch here or, you can alternatively download it here.
Quit ALL of your browsers (make sure to quit and not just minimize). Then open the Scorch installation file you downloaded and follow the on-screen steps as directed.
After installation is completed, open your browser and head to www.UnitedWeTab.com to access your purchased sheet music.
You should now see your purchased tab files after accessing them from your Tab Library. If you do not, check-out step 5.
Re-start your computer. Then head back to www.UnitedWeTab.com to view your purchased sheet music. If all else fails, check out our FAQ section, which has additional Scorch installation tips.

We highly recommend using the Firefox browser, although we support Internet Explorer and Safari as well (no Chrome right now, though).
Unfortunately, Scorch doesn’t work well in 64-bit operating systems. If you are using the newest Mac OS X with Safari, and having trouble, please read our 64-bit OS FAQ.
